- If working in a portal, relevant drawings to be selected by the client and placed in a folder. All drawings to be in pdf format.
- Monitoring of the airtight barriers construction and identifying leakage paths as they rise during construction
- Site Pro Report
- Targeted at minimising the risk of a final air test fail
- With or without pressurisation
- Identifies possible leakage paths before the final test so allowing time for site to carry out remedial works before the final test
- Site Pro Report
- Targeted at minimising the risk of a final air leakage test fail
- Envelope area calculation included
- To perform an initial air permeability test
- In the event of a fail, to perform localised smoke testing to identify leakage paths as part of the service
- After remedial work by site, to perform an additional air permeability test
- Repeat the process as many times as required or possible within the time allocated on site
- Sitepro fail report, if required or requested, within 7 working days
- Declaration of result / certificates within 7 working days

- In the event of a failure, to perform localised smoke testing to identify leakage paths as part of the service
- After remedial work by site, to perform an additional Whole Building Air Permeability Test before moving on to the next unit

- Pressure test only, no temporary sealing permitted
- Leakage path report if required
